A-LINX was founded by Alin Cusack, who spent several years building a career across Construction & Tech Sales — before channelling that experience into a recruitment business that genuinely understands the industries it serves. The common thread through all of it: sales — and the people who drive it.

We've seen first-hand how the right hire transforms a team or project, and how the wrong one costs time, money and morale. That experience shaped everything about how we recruit.
